Events We manage

  • Tracksmith Twilight 5000 Series

    For the past three years, we’ve proudly partnered with Tracksmith to manage their iconic Twilight 5000 summer series. This event series has taken place in 10–15 cities each each summer, attracting 200–400 participants at every event.

    Our role encompasses end-to-end event management, including, shaping the overall vision of the series, marketing the events to maximize participation, securing permits, managing heat sheets and participant registrations, hiring and overseeing vendors, and ensuring seemless race-day logistics. From start to finish, we ensure that each race is a professionally executed and memorable experience for every participant.

  • New Balance Nationals

    For the past two years, Trials of Miles has managed the prestigious New Balance National high school track meets, held indoors in Boston, MA, and outdoors in Philadelphia, PA. These large-scale events draw between 4,000 and 7,000 participants, spanning four days of intense competition. Our team has handled all aspects of event logistics, including managing the event website, overseeing registrations, organizing heat sheets, hiring vendors, coordinating meet production, and managing hundreds of volunteers. Through our efforts, we’ve helped elevate these meets in both scale and prestige, ensuring an exceptional experience for all athletes and attendees.

  • The Big East XC Championship

    This year, we had the privilege of partnering with Georgetown University to manage the 2024 Big East Cross Country Championship in Leesburg, Virginia. Our work included designing a championship-caliber course, coordinating with and hiring all event vendors, managing parking and venue logistics, and overseeing race-day operations to ensure a seamless experience for the student-athletes.
